The New York Jets announced last week that they’ve signed WR Kyle Williams, who is a former sixth-round pick of the 49ers back in 2010.
Williams has 47 catches for 574 yards and four touchdowns in his career. In 2013, Williams appeared in 10 games and recorded 12 receptions for 113 yards receiving and no touchdowns to go along with two carries for 23 yards rushing. Williams also contributed 134 kick return yards and another 61 punt return yards that season.
The Jets also announced last Friday that they have waived wide receiver Quenton Bundrage, signed as an undrafted free agent in May out of Iowa State.
Bundrage, 24, wound up signing on with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of Iowa State shortly after this year’s draft.
During his college career at Iowa State, Bundrage recorded 109 receptions for 1,456 yards receiving and 15 touchdowns.
